"I love the artistic layout. The rooms were very comfortable and staff was very knowledgeable a friendly. It was disappointing to see mold buildup in my shower. It was also disappointing to be informed there’s no house keeping after 4pm. Thought this was an issue for me it didn’t take away from the venue and the staff as a whole. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully these issues will be resolved."

"I recommend spending your money somewhere else. Unless you enjoy the sun blasting through your window at dawn. Our room was east facing with only a mild window shade, no curtains or blinds. The bed faced the window and after a lovely night out we were awoken at 5AM by the sun blasting through the window and no way to shield ourselves from it. Even a motel 6 has some form of curtains for people who want to sleep I. A little. Other notes include , The place being hard to find, we circled the area multiple times trying to figure out the where the lobby was. The front staff was not helpful. He just referred me to scan QR codes to get any info and other then running my card didn’t do anything. The room was basic not dirty but also not clean. Scuffmarks and dirt on the walls. And even construction writing on the ceiling. I would not recommend this place at all."

Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown

"The room was clean but smaller than other Hyatt Place rooms I've stayed in, I'm sure because of the location. I never had breakfast so I don't know about that. The only thing I wasn't really a fan of was the restaurant. I had the blackened fish tacos which were okay. I had a Blue Moon draught beer and the orange slice had seen better days. The prices were high and had wished that I had stopped at the many other restaurants I passed while out walking. $5.00 for an average bottle of a Starry was steep. I usually stay at the Old Town Scottsdale Hyatt Place but since the concert was a few blocks away this was really convenient. I would stay here again. If I had an activity in the area."

6/10 Okay

"I guess it might have been the weekend we chose of visit that left a bad taste. As it being Memorial Day weekend, it was very busy and loud by the pool area. Then it came to parking, which was limited without all those people attending festivities at the pool. Being a guest who had to pay for the parking and not being able to park close to our building made it a hassle."
