"The room itself was great but my husbands car got booted after coming up to drop off his things and to go back to take a picture of his plate. He was gone for 30 mins max. The hotel should really do something about providing a parking voucher for free parking for hotel guests. I let them know and they disregarded me and just told me I’d have to contact the third party company. My car also got broken into. Again, not necessarily the hotels fault but I’m honestly shocked they don’t have security. The rooms are nice but beware on the surrounding area, lots of homeless people around. Make sure you secure any valuables and make sure you PAY THE PARKING, no matter how short you’ll be gone for."

"This is not a hotel or a rental property. For checking in, the only message I received was a requirement to register with their site. A number is provided for texting only. Messaging the number resulted in refusal to provide check-in instructions and prompted me once again to register with their site for all visitor info and instructions. Turns out, you check yourself in at a kiosk, which sounded cool, until it repeatedly failed to make our room keys. The room has SOME of the amenities and toiletries you'd expect to find. But it seems a lot of corners have been cut. The fan in the bathroom was ..confused. Sometimes when you'd turn the lights on or off, the fan would come on for a few seconds. Not consistently and never for any longer. Hope the place doesn't mold. And the cabinets are dangerous! My boyfriend bumped against a cabinet handle in the kitchen, and when it hurt bad enough for him to yell out, pointed out how sharp they were. I didn't realize the same ones were in the bathroom until i went to turn away from the vanity and accidentally ran the top of my leg across it. It drew blood! This was a few days ago now and it has settled into a nice bruise-ringed scrape. I wasn't moving very quickly and this happened through my pajama shorts. We also couldn't use the GPS on our phones until we were at least a block from the building and our lyft driver (after having difficulty finding us) had the same issue with her navigation."
