"This was our second time staying here and this time was significantly better than the first. We were on the second floor, rooms and area surrounding the hotel were pretty quiet. Breakfast is included, pretty on par for hotel breakfasts. Sausage one day, bacon the next, pasteries, cereal, waffle maker, etc. Lobby had decaf, regular, and hot water for tea and hot chocolate available 24/7. Parking was $18 a day. Not sure if it was the hotel or my bank but there was a $100 hold for the deposit and then an additional charge for the parking, but I had been told the parking would be taken out of the deposit. Showers were very nice, hot water, great pressure. And rooma were very spacious."

"This was an excellent choice for a hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and professional and the amenities were better than other hotels I have stayed in while visiting Phoenix. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the downtown area. "
