"The decor of this hotel looks somewhat dated, but it’s perhaps intentionally so to reflect an Amish aesthetic; the bathrooms are fully modern. There are nice little balconies with rocking chairs outside many of the rooms. The breakfast is a little disappointing, with only bagels, yogurt, granola bars, and coffee, but you are close to many other places to eat."

"The property owner was heavily engaged in daily activities. We saw him day and night when we left the property and returned. Each time we saw him he was assisting customers, cleaning the breakfast area, stocking up the food and drink items available for purchase, sweeping, moping, ECT. When you walk around the property inside and out you quickly see how well it is maintained. When we questioned a couple employees about this young man they all said positive things about working there and for him. If we ever return to the Hershey area THIS will be where we stay!"

"The breakfast buffet on Sunday was excellent and the cooked to order breakfast on Monday was outstanding! A little slow on food prep but I understand there was an unexpected kitchen staffing issue and that just happens sometimes. I would like to suggest that rooms should be stocked with enough bath towels for the number of guests for two days (2 guests x 2 days = 4 bath sets). It just creates an extra trip for the guest to the desk to request and wait on a towel and then back to the room. With every other day room service it just seems to make sense."

"The lobby grounds & room was clean. The front desk staff were very nice. We checked in 2 hours before scheduled check-in & there was a room ready for us. The room was dated, but very clean. The walls were peeling & there was a couch with 2 ottomans but no table which was weird, as there was a big open space on one wall. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Bed was large (king size) & comfortable, sheets were clean. We would definitely stay here again."
