"This place is in a great location. The check-in woman was not great, but after that small slight. Every other staff member we met were extremely helpful and friendly. The destination fee includes $40 food/bev. charges/day and freebies for sightseeing around NYC, which was useful and really nice to have. Check out was a breeze. Will definately be staying again."

"This Property does not have a refrigerator in the room, despite having the cabinet for it so it’s just a big empty hole. When we questioned them, they blamed Expedia for not posting it on their website. On checkout day, we tried to shower and there was NO WATER, nothing in the shower, sink or toilet. When we called the front desk they said “ohhh head we were working on it and forgot to turn it back on.” 30 mins later, When it finally came back on, we had to let it run for almost an hour due to it being dirty brown water with lots of dirt/sediment coming out. We finally got in because we had a flight to get to and the water turned dark brown again mid shower. "
