"The room was average, it was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable and to me thats the most important thing. We have stayed here before and I would stay again. They over chlorinated the hot tub this time though so after a beautiful day of hiking we weren't able to stay in it because it burned our eyes! But overall it's not a bad place."

"Great stay at Waypoint. Late check-in after concert wasn’t a problem and bar was still open for a nightcap. We didn’t use the pool or spa but it looked nice and we might have of we were staying longer. Room was super clean and looked nicely renovated and decorated with modern furniture."

"I encountered two staff persons at this hotel, and both were exceptional with being helpful and also so very pleasant. When we got back from the concert, many parking spaces were taken but there were still a number available, and that was close to 11 pm, so I'd say they have enough spaces in their lot. The room was fairly clean, but needs some deep cleaning in bathroom floor/floor wall corners. Looked like new bedspreads and recent paint, but towels were quite thin and some more updates are needed. We would stay here again, as it was a very pleasant stay and modestly priced. Across the parking lot there is a restaurant that is open for breakfast through lunch, called Laurie's. We had breakfast there and it was delicious, service was great. The hotel staff that checked us in recommended it and she was certainly correct when raving about it."

"Stayed to see concert at amphitheater. Wonderful location. Quiet and perfect walking distance to concert and old mill shopping. Staff were great. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay again."

"My stay at this Holiday Inn was outstanding and exactly what I look for in a hotel. The property appeared clean and well maintained, from the exterior and lobby to the guest room. Everything was in good condition and gave a positive first impression. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. When I requested additional towels, they were happy to provide them without any hesitation. One thing to be aware of is that the parking area is somewhat tight. There is only one entrance and exit, so if you are driving a larger or longer vehicle, it may take a little extra planning and maneuvering. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn to others."
