"The hotel offered free breakfast for anyone. However, I was overcharged $52 for an option of all meals included. Upon arrival staff told me this wasnt an option and the hotel refused to refund my money. I asked for new rowels on day 3 of my stau and i was ignored by staff that didnt speak english. The room smelled of stale smoke that i couldnt get to go away. Every outlet was lose so i had a hard time being able to plug things in. The TV was fuzzy so very hard to watch. And the floor wasnt cleaned very well at all. Very poor expierience with this hotel"
