After arriving we were told pool was closed for Reno. no where in reservation did it say this, they were pretty much unapologetic said they would have a manager speak to us before leaving and never did. it was just a bummer that before or even after we were not informed. "Chair had dog hair in it, lights in bedroom were burnt out, took 30+ minutes to get checked in because I bought the room online and they said they were sold out so they had to go inspect rooms that were not ready to book."
