"The only issue I had was minutes after I checked into our room, I started sneezing and smelling like there was mold. It is carpeted. The patio seemed scary to walk on to and run down. The patio door was difficult to open as I have back issues. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was good, but only have 4 tables. "

"This is a fabulous older property located in Yachats, a quaint little "artsy" town with lots of fun shops and cute restaurants. Very quiet and (mostly) clean. It is an older property, so be aware, if that's a problem for you. Great direct access to the beach and lots of green space for dogs to run! Very nice staff."

"Gorgeous location, Everything is very spread out so you must be up to lots of walking. Limited restaurant hours and no guest amenities in the lobby. A circuit blew so we lost power at 11:00pm. The pool has no changerooms or full showers or towels, and no robes are available so you have to walk soaking wet from pool to room. Pool itself is great. "
