"The room was very clean. The entire hotel is charming and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here to attend our first NBA game at Scotia Bank Arena, which you can access through the underground walking paths(more like an airport shopping mall/food courts area with access to everything above). We will definitely stay here again. vmcenterand we'll definitely stay again."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable (not too soft). Big showers as well. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. We had breakfast which was conveniently located on our floor (5th) and our server was the BEST! I’m terrible with names but he has a beautiful arm tattoo. The food was delicious as well. The hotel is conveniently located on the lake, within walking distance of the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena, the Well, and more. Amerstam Brewhouse is next door. 10/10 stay! "
