Sifting Sands Motel

10/10 Excellent

"This is our second year staying at the Sifting Sands. This year we opted for a larger room - a King bed with a pull out couch. Our room was ready early and we were so grateful! There is just two of us but the king room gave us ample space and a sitting area for meals inside the room. The bed was so comfortable, it was a great mattress . The tv was small but worked for our needs. You have a decent size fridge, along with a stove top and microwave. The bathroom was clean and shower gave us great water pressure and hot water. They provided more than enough towels and toiletries. The parking lot is small but thats not a slight on the motel itself, You need to watch out for some other guests who like to park over the lines to prevent people parking close to them. The pool is very well maintained and was a great refreshing temperature for the weather. The location is so convenient, everything is walkable and accessible."

Wild Dunes Inn

"We really enjoyed our stay at Wild Dunes! The location is perfect—right on the boardwalk block and so convenient to everything. Having an included parking spot was also a huge plus. The unit had everything we needed, including a small refrigerator, two burners, a dishwasher, and a microwave. I really liked having a separate bedroom, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. Beach tags being included was another nice bonus. I also appreciated how easy it was to speak with someone face-to-face if we needed anything. The coded entry made us feel safe and made coming and going very easy. My only suggestion would be to have a couple more pillows and extra blankets available. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, no-frills place for your family in a great location, Wild Dunes is a great option. Everything worked as it should, we had what we needed, and the convenience of the location made our stay even better. We would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was in nice location , walkable to boardwalk. The check in office was across the street, but it was not an issue. There were not enough parking spot for one night so we had to park little further. We were missing TV remote and it took a day to receive one. It was not an issue for us as we were barely in our room. Overall, it was a wonderful stay"
