"I left my shaving kit in room 160 when I checked out this morning. So thankful that I received a call from the front desk to tell me they have it. It contains prescription medications so I need to get it back. On my way back to AZ I will again stay at your hotel and will pick it up when I stay there around Jan 2nd or so. It's a predictable good experience across the board, and one popular feature is the friendly breakfast experience. (For a lower priced place, it's a pretty great selection.) The ownership has a more upscale property that's similarly great (but everything, including the food, is proportionally better). "
