"The room was warm the whole night, & the cleaning can improve a lil more"

"Poor signage to indicate where elevator was located in lobby. Phone in room non-working. Outlets need updated. Lighting in room dim. Amenities lacking include a refrigerator (necessary for folks who have meds that need refrigeration). Toilet had issues where flushing took few tries and it’s very loud. Bathtub/shower hazardous as it’s slick and no safety measures. Cold water knob had major cracks in the tile. Overall, updating is needed. Appreciated the room size and comfortable beds."

"Great property within walking distance of the Plaza with is nice, but they also have a courtesy shuttle. Buffet breakfast is good and they also have breakfasts you can order off a menu at reasonable cost. Easy parking in front of our room. We’ve enjoyed staying at this location numerous times on our trips to Santa Fe."

"Our first room had mold on the shower curtain and the tub was clogged. We told the front desk about the issue at breakfast and they told us it would be taken care of. We returned in the late evening and it was not taken repaired. We notified the front desk and we had to move to another room. The first mattress needed to be replaced, it was lumpy. The second mattress was hard as a rock and the AC vent is at the ceiling angled directly towards the bed so there was cold air blowing on us all night. Worst sleep ever!"

"Good location although the street in front of the hotel was undergoing some new construction which made egree diffficult, Roooms ar rather small, not clened daily nor are the towels replaed daily. the bed was too soft and the pillows too flufy/cushy. Breakfast was very mediocre. Probably woulld not stay here again."

"I was able to reserve a room on the first floor to accommodate myself and my sister. Everything was ready even tho we arrived a little early. I loved that the linens were NOT bamboo as those do not fee comfortable to my skin. The bed was firm and we slept well."
