"Austin is such a small town, and this little motel is one of the few places in town. The owner is helpful and also runs the restaurant down the road, Grandma's. It's really the only place to eat in town, so it is nice that the food is good. People are friendly. Rooms are small, but sufficient. The rooster across the road will wake you up in the morning, so you might want earplugs."
