"I have stayed at this hotel on two different occasions. Each time the staff was friendly, helpful, and did s lovely job of setting things up for our conference. The meals were excellent, especially the hot breakfast buffet. It’s an actual buffet, not cold cereal and make-your-own waffles. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, snd well-appointed. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are planning a conference or convention."

"The room was excellent in all respects. The pool and whirlpool were very clean, and very good. The breakfast was not. The eggs were rancid. The orange juice tasted fermented. The coffee tasted like it was percolated. The waffles... the batter was streaky. I like mine crisp, so I cooked it another 45 seconds after the timer went off. It was still literally mush on the inside, likely the result of sitting for days. I don't like waste, but I threw it all away and left. I don't like doing this, as my experiences with Americinn have been very good in the past. But I felt I needed to write this."
