"Rooms and building could use more TLC."

"The place is under renovation-did not know that when we booked it. Got woken at 6am by the outdoor grounds crew running heavy machinery. $11 for breakfast?! Pass."

"There was no water available at the hotel att all. They did not have any water for sale in the vending machine. The coffee options were poor at best. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and location was good for traveling, it was near the highway. However, after driving for almost 12 hours that day, having water and coffee available at the hotel would have been very convenient."

"This was my first time staying at this resort and I absolutely fell in love with it and will be returning. The staff was friendly, the service was exceptional, the food was phenomenal and the overall experience was outstanding!"

"The room was very clean. It came equipped with a small refrigerator. I fixed the toilet from leaking all night long. The chain to the flapper would get caught underneath and cause the toilet to run all night long. It never happened again. The parking lot was being repainted while we were there. It was an inconvenience, but shows that the owner was maintaining this hotel. The indoor pool was clean,but the odor of chlorine was too strong for me. Most of the cleaning staff only spoke Spanish. All of the front desk staff were great helpful people. The man who takes care of the breakfast is very attentive and never allowed anything to be depleted. My only complaint is that the eggs are made from a yellow liquid inside a plastic bag. The bag with the egg liquid is microwaved in the bag. Everything is kept clean and tidy for breakfast. He does a great job. One other complaint is the air conditioner goes into some type of power saving mode in the middle of the night that caused me to wake up hot."

"Sat at restaurant for 10-12 minutes. No staff ever came to table. We left. Rooms are super dated The springs were felt from the mattress. Our tub didn't drain. No trash can in bathroom only bedroom."

"We did not get a breakfast. The telephone in the room was broken,the sliding door was so hard to push open or close. We had to call the maintenance man to get the tv to work. So many things had gone wrong we didn’t even try the shower. We had gone here for our 56th anniversary so we were very disappointed."
