"Booked through Expedia. After 90 minutes at the hotel waiting they said there was no reservation. Expedia was no help and the hotel staff was no help. Went down the street and got a room somewhere else. Will never use Tru Hilton or Expedia ever again. Will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges. "

"Ac wasn’t very good. Staff could’ve been better. Didn’t have the breakfast, didn’t look like much. Room and outside could be cleaner. Lot of trash in the parking lot. "

"My stay was fair for the price. I like that they offer a fresh breakfast with options and clean seating. However, the heavy set white guy at the front desk was rude when I offered to clean off my table after eating. It wasn't dirty, but it should have been cleaned after I left. Not good cleaning practice and he didn't have to be so snappy about it because I could've just left without saying anything. I hope I don't encounter him on my next visit because I always stay there when in town. He was my only issue with my stay."

"It took forever to check in, and when I went to my room, the door would not open so I had to go back to the front desk.
Walking to my room, the carpet was covered in stains. My toilet was in terrible shape and I even went to get a toilet brush and I couldn’t get off the rust stains. My phone wouldn’t work so I had to walk back to the front desk.
There is no restaurant or bar and the continental breakfast is a joke. I will never be going back."
