I booked 2 rooms under my name and when we got there was only one under my name and one under my husbands (which I never put his name in there) and the rooms were on 2 different sides of the hotel. The parking & breakfast says it is included but both of those you have to pay for."

"Our stay at the Lofton Hotel in downtown Minneapolis was truly wonderful. From the very first impression, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism—the valet attendant stood out for his friendliness and courteous service. We also had a lovely experience at Cosmos Restaurant, where the Filipina staff who assisted us during dinner were exceptionally kind and attentive. Their hospitality made our evening even more enjoyable. A particularly beautiful touch was entering our room and seeing a personalized welcome message on the TV screen—it made us feel genuinely valued. The view from our room on the 17th floor was stunning, with Target Field on one side and Mayo Clinic Square along with Nicollet Mall on the other. Another highlight was the Skyway access. From the hotel, you can walk to various buildings and businesses without ever going outside, which is a huge advantage—especially during rainy or snowy weather. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Minneapolis."

"I was rudely treated by staff after booking through Expedia. I arrived at hotel only to be treated horribly by staff and was not able to check for some odd reason! I was not informed and the hotel response was its Expedia fault. Ruined my birthday weekend."

"There were lots of options at the included breakfast buffett. The food was above par, with both warm foods i.e. biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes etc. to grab n go options like fruit and yogurts and such. The dining area had plenty of room. One could enjoy coffee, water, juices, and hot choclate or tea as well! A very good way to start the day..."
