"Everything was alright except for the check in process. I think the desk agent maybe said two words the entire time and didn’t mention when checkout was or direct us to any of the amenities. It was a very strange check in experience."

"Great location. Great staff. Rooms are so quite thought we were the only ones there. Only issue was if you use there handcap spot, its kinda tricky for passenger unloading, and a worker seems have the space for ramps to come out as there parking spot. But hey we made it work. Life goes on. Great hotel. And the food was good also."

"We chose the location because of parking. We paid 27$ per day during check-in for parking that allowed in and out entries. The parking lot was connected to the hotel via skyway which felt safe. We also liked that they had a microwave and utensils and a water dispenser for guests to use in the lobby. The staff were very professional and kind. Our stay was smooth and we would stay here again."

"Youseff was delightful and welcoming with a positive attitude at the front desk! Even though we arrived before check-in time, he quickly found a room for us. The room was clean and quiet. We were very comfortable during our one-night stay before our flight home from MSP. The 24-hour shuttle was great, too."
