Top Central Michigan Hotel Reviews
AmericInn by Wyndham Grand Rapids Airport North
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel! You’ve stayed here several times to see our son who’s going to college in the area. Breakfast is also good."
The Center Hotel Grand Rapids Airport

"Clean room, great staff, very good price"
Bavarian Inn of Frankenmuth
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed our stay here and the hotel was well equipped for food options and pool options including an adults only pool and whirlpool which we enjoyed immensely. The separate areas are not offered very much. Our room was in very good condition and there was maid service during our stay which is also hard to find. Staff was friendly and helpful and a front desk Mgr was able to help with our reservation errors. One thing you will get is your daily steps in for exercise as the layout is long from front desk to where our room was located, not horrible just a friendly walk. There is something for everyone the adults pool area to the fully blown water park for families. Our room had a nice patio but unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use it. I would recommend this property for all types of travelers, we 55 plus."
Baymont by Wyndham Mt. Pleasant
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is very close to the casino which is what we were looking for. I believe it may be the closest. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We were concerned about noise when we returned to our room in the evening, but quickly realized the noise/music was coming from an outdoor concert at the casino. Promptly at 11:00pm, the music stopped and we had a very peaceful night."
Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Airport by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly staff at check in. Room was clean and had nice bed. Housekeeping came every day. There was nothing wrong with the room worth writing about."
Spark by Hilton Grand Rapids
8/10 Good
"Clean quiet room. Nice property. I partly picked this hotel from the pictures on their website concerning the breakfast room. It showed two waffle irons and a hot food service. In actuality, there was no waffle irons and only a bare minimum of bagels and cold cereal. The photograph on the website wasn't consistent. I realize that it was advertised as a Continental breakfast, but the photos were misleading."
Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Amway Grand Plaza overall. The location is fantastic, and having so many excellent restaurants and bars right inside the hotel is a huge plus. We had dinner at Wolfgang Puck and MDRD during our stay, and both were absolutely amazing. MDRD in particular made for a memorable evening and was one of the highlights of our weekend. Where the hotel fell short was the condition of the guest room and portions of the property beyond the beautiful main lobby. For a hotel of this caliber and price point, the rooms definitely feel dated and in need of some attention. We had drawers that would not stay closed, areas of wallpaper that were peeling, and some finishes that simply looked tired. Our biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the exterior windows in the tower. We specifically paid for a room with a river view, but the windows were extremely dirty, which really took away from something we paid extra to enjoy. There is a lot to love about the Amway Grand—the location, atmosphere, restaurants, bars, and overall convenience are excellent. We would stay again, but the guest rooms and tower windows need some attention to bring the accommodations up to the same standard as the hotel’s impressive public spaces and dining experiences."
