"Due to a family emergency, we needed to cut our trip short. The staff was very sympathetic and allowed us to end our reservation early with no consequences. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious with good air conditioning, and the breakfast had a good selection of food. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint would be the bed. It was just a little too firm. When we return to Frankenmuth, we will definitely stay here again. It's location is convenient to go to the River Place Shops and the little shops in Frankenmuth. And the best part is it's only about a mile to Bronner's Christmas Wonderland!!!!"
