"Clean room, courteous staff, wonderful and very convenient location."

"The room was very clean and housekeeping was well done every day. The availability of bottled water on each floor was much appreciated. Also, the 24 hour cafe was useful when we had an early tour and had to leave before breakfast was available. Staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous. Only issue was a protest in the Historic district the day we were to leave and we had to walk 2 blocks with our luggage in order to book an Uber to the airport. If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to bear this in mind - Mexico City has a lot of demonstrations and protests that take place in the Historic district."

"The staff was amazingly attentive. We trunly enjoyed breakfast buffet on the rooftop. We also love the 24 hour central cafe. I didn’t have to stress about obtaining my morning coffee. They also had delicious food such as pizza, salads and sandwiches. The drinks such as cokes, juice, carbonated water and bottled water were always chilled to perfection. Truly an excellent stay. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to Mexico City to experience this amazing hotel and it’s amenities. 10/10 experience "
