"Está hermosa, divina, tal cual las fotos. Las personas que te reciben, la que te ayuda con el desayuno, todos en general son muy amables. El único “PERO” es que Expedía no hace el cargo a tu Tarjeta, debes de llegar y pagar directo ahí en el lugar y si pagas con TC te cargan el 4% adicional de comisión. Para que lo consideren. Como “PLUS” nos dieron madera para la fogata, pudimos asar carne en el asador, nos hicieron favor de comprarnos un pastel para nuestro festejo, TODO muy hermoso. Gracias!...

"The place is amazing, in the middle of the forest, difficult to get there due to road condition, moody road and raining days not a good combination. The place doesn't have a personal to help you. You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. "Very nice hotel, well kept, excellent location, comfortable rooms, nice staff. Only significant issue is pool was closed during our stay for scheduled maintenance and there was no notice at all provided during booking or pre-arrival. This was major consideration in choosing this hotel so it was disappointing that no notification was provided and no discount offered. "
