The Ranch at Death Valley – Inside the Park

"Stay in 400 regular hotel room. Room was exceptionally clean, carpet was new and bathroom was immaculate. A/C was powerful with working thermostat to adjust temperature. Room was large with big counter space for all your stuff. Grounds were rustic and matched the overall character of the wilderness desert environment. You don't feel like you're staying in a resort or Vegas!"

"We have stayed here many times and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. This trip our beds were definitely a bit soft and saggy and while the water in the tub came out hot, once switched to shower it was barely tepid. The next morning the front desk told me I needed to pull the faucet again but I didn't feel like it would do that and I have never had to do that here before. If there is a trick to getting things to work they either need a note in the bathroom about it or to tell you at the front desk. The AC worked great however it was mounted so high that we couldn't see the read out so it took a few hours of guessing with the remote to get the temp right. It's always a nice quiet motel that is very conveniently located with reasonable rates for pets as well."

"Getting an upgrade as soon as we arrived helped this review. We were there over the summer and didn't need a fireplace but the rest of spacious room with kitchenette was very much appreciated! The king bed was really comfortable and mountain air and feel of the place was splendid."

"My family loved rush creek! The kids had so much fun after a day at Yosemite—they loved the rec room, pool, bonfires, and outdoor play area. We loved how close it was to the entrance of the park. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling with a family to Yosemite!"
