"Overall cleanliness was satisfactory however there was a half eaten pint of ice cream left in the freezer and a bag of melting ice left in the bottom of the fridge leaking. We found other items left around by previous guests as well. There wasn't any hair dryer which was listed as an included amenity. This was inconvenient for me since I left mine behind. The overall quietness was very good and obviously they had great insulation between rooms since we had neighbors on both sides. The wifi/internet connection for the tv was very poor and it is not operational without it. It only worked early in the morning, likely when there's less competition for internet use. The queen bed in 118 was extremely uncomfortable and the head of bed was at a decline angle likely due to the bed frame's age. The bathroom door was also not able to be locked at all. Another inconvenience with keeping my small children out of it. The fan was also non existent in the bathroom. I had to reach out in order to get the code to the room because a supposed email I was to receive was never sent 24hrs prior to check in as was disclosed. For the price and convenient location, I'd probably stay at the other prominent motel with the included breakfast and probably better cleanliness and comfort."
