2/10 Terrible

"Place is very run down with dirty showers. Even though they advertise housekeeping, the beds weren’t made daily and dishes weren’t cleaned or replaced, which made things difficult unless you brought your own supplies. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated at some point, but unfortunately it hasn’t been maintained. Maintenance around the property also seems to be an issue, the playground didn’t feel safe and the pool area was dirty and unkept. On the positive side, the room was warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we won’t be returning."

"Upon arrival I was given a lecture from staff as to why I shouldn’t book through a third party website. The staff member told me I wouldn’t be able to check in and would have to call Expedia to check in, however she let me check in anyways. Only other thing there was no mini bar and everything closes by 9:50pm, plus room service wasn’t available at all during our stay which I found pretty poor for a resort. Overall I will be going elsewhere on our next stay."
