"Great stay, I went in the off season so they were working on the downstairs area and it appeared to have flooded because of the non-stop rain storming. The elevator was having issues, which required a stair climb, but staff jumped on it and fixed it quickly. In spite of the conditions the staff did a tremendous job of keeping the hotel clean, welcoming, and hospitable. The food at the restaurant and the drinks at the bar were fantastic, so I didn’t have to go out in the rain looking for good food. "

"Hyatt place was just what we needed after a long flight from Los Angeles. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the complementary breakfast was great. Their cheese omelette was delicious, plenty of bread options available as well as a variety of teas."
