"Was pleasantly surprised. First time in Denver on a short weekend trip. The ease and price of the metro right at the hotel was a plus+ Kids ride free to 17yrs+ security on the line to/from the airport+ Be aware of surroundings always, however for a day trip to the City, you can’t beat it. If you are from any major City, we’re from Bay Area CA so it’s BART for us, you know what to expect. Hotel staff was great, moved to a higher floor room with no issue+ friendly+ Ease of going to airport+ clean inside the hotel. We would absolutely stay again. Pool area was nice+ be careful as they did not put any grip on the floor so it’s slippery- a lawsuit waiting to happen as I saw many others including me almost bust their butts. Overall I would recommend for a layover or a weekend trip."

"What is up with the good reviews? We were misled. Our first room had tattered window shades that did not work. Our second room had a poor air conditioner and amps with dead light bulbs. We asked for the room to be cleaned at least 6 times. It never hit cleaned and each request was met with either an apology or a non recognition that we asked. The bartender seemed oblivious to making drinks. The lobby was dirty and the couches in the lobby were stained. The veneer on the furniture in the room was chipped in multiple places. We asked for soap and couldn’t get it. None of this is an exaggeration. The only reason I give this 2 stars rather than 1 is because the very young staff was understaffed and there was a good bed with sheets that were unfortunately too short and came off the bed in the middle of the night. If I had the energy, I would ask for a refund. Yet, I believe I would simply receive the blanks looks we got for making basic requests like for room cleaning and soap. This hotel looks like a relic from the 70’s that’s never been redone and is a few years from going down."

Hotel Boulderado

"Our first trip to Boulder we were a bit unsure where to stay. We ended up choosing the Boulderado because of the location. I’m so glad that we did. From start to finish we were treated like royalty. The valet attendants were friendly and so very helpful with directions and suggestions of where to eat, shop and take road trips. Sweet sweet people. The desk employees were equally accommodating. The hotel itself is clean, charming and comfortable. The location to Pearl St was perfect. We had a great visit and will return."

"The staff at this property is super awesome. They're super friendly and very helpful. So many places these days take the stance of how can I not check you. This establishment the exact opposite in that they take the stance of how can we check you in realizing sometimes there's obstacles. Been a long day of traveling working what have you and then to arrive at your rest spot and have to have your trip detoured or have you have problems checking. Jim Jamie Lexi Greg at the front desk all the lovely ladies and housekeeping as well as the head of housekeeping I'm very nice pleasant respectful in their interactions with you. The property is a little bit older than the most however it provides a certain charm and being off the beaten path yet close to Denver is nice and relaxing very quiet"
