"Room was very clean.Requested for extra pillows but staff said none were available,also requested pillows upon booking but can't be accomodated.Breakfast is very much appreciated,it helps start everyone's day for sure.Airconditioning was very good.Request for extra blankets were accomodated.Overall,good and will book again for next Solvang stay,esp.that the hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping & restaurants."

"So our family started a little road trip down Half Moon Bay and along the CA coast We stopped to stay at the Pacific Hotel in Monterey in a Jr suite. Let me tell you, we were amazed how clean, comfortable, and amazing it was. After a long day around town at Fishermans Warf with 3 kids we were exhausted, we hurried back to the room and relaxed while we turned on the fireplace and watched a movie. A lot of space for family of five, loved the two queen beds and two separate showers . I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends"

"It’s hard to know what to expect when you’ve never been to the town before. This is a great place for location. I wanted to check in quick and stretch my legs walking along the ocean. That happened. A few unhomed folks along the way. If you want valet, help with your bags, friendly but not BFF staff. Reliable everything this is your spot. There was a big conference happening while I was there and I didn’t feel any impact. All conference goers seemed happy and healthy. If you want unique, cozy, work a little harder to prove your travel chops, look at other options."

"We actually had a great stay. My only complaint was that at ages 76 and 87, they had us stay on the 3rd floor with us having g to navigate at least 2 set of stairs. Their didnt seem to have any feeling for this. Otherwise we had a great stay."
