"2 heated pools, hott tub all near rooms.. the out door games are fun for adults and kids.. fire pits you dont have to worry about .. just ealk up and relax.. yes please... and the ocean.. so close so beautiful.. we cane back becuase we loved it so... btw restaurant on site had some good food.."

"I liked rhe room, however, there were no USB charging plugs for electronic devices. An easy solution would be to exchange lamps for ones that include USB outlets. Next time I go to Carmel I will request a room on the 5th floor."

"Overall, our experience was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, there was one incident on our last day that I felt needed to be shared. During breakfast, one male staff member (appeared to be around 58–63 years old) seemed visibly unhappy and was handling dishes in a rough manner. There were several instances of loud banging and abrupt movements while arranging plates, which drew attention and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a family traveling with three kids (ages 11–16), this moment stood out because it disrupted what had otherwise been a very pleasant experience. My children felt uneasy due to the noise and tension. I have already reached out to management, as I believe this is something that can be improved for future guests. Aside from this, everything else during our stay was wonderful. I hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for others."
