"There are areas of the property outside that need some tlc. The hallways are outdated in decor but the room was clean and comfortable. The reception area was very pretty. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel itself has a good location walkable to the Soldier Field which we were in town for a concert there. There are walkable restaurants and parks nearby. We did not feel unsafe in the area. "

"The valet and front desk were so nice and helpful. Also the room was more spacious than I thought. I will definitely stay here next year."

"We came to town for a wedding and loved the location of the Palmer House. We spent much of the day before the event walking the city and sightseeing. It is a beautiful hotel."

"The property is great... Its a boutique-like hotel for the young. The shower lacked a grab bar, I'm 64, showering with nothing to hold on was a little nerving. The halls have a very strange smell and are EXTREMELY bright and hot, feels like a hospital operating room. The staff was AMAZING and very pleasant. The rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds/pillows. Kind of off the main strip, so its very low key."

"Everything was good. Would’ve loved it If I would’ve stayed in a corner room, but was not available, and the inside Jacuzzi was out of order."
