"I did not get a balcony room, I was put on the ground floor so I had to keep my curtains closed due to people walking by. The room was clean and comfortable, but I could easily hear my neighbors fairly late into the night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient."

"Its a very good place to stay specially for young families. Easy access to beach right at the hotel property and amazing panoramic views of the beach and piers. Kids love the amenities the pool and games , of course the gelato. Breakfast is good long with cookies and drinks in evening. Near by reataurant makes dining easy. Close to the happening place on pismo beach. Would stay again and recommend as well."

"Beautiful ocean views, loved sitting by the fire pits and the complimentary s'more packet was a nice surprise. The restaurant on site was really good and worked for our group with meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. We will return!"

"I had an amazing stay. The building itself was beautiful with high ceilings and friendly staff. There are plenty of places to eat close by and the hotel is not too far from Cannery Row. There is only street parking available but I had not problem finding parking nearby for overnight. If you like staying in hotels with charm and history I would highly recommend this location."
