We were very disappointed overall with our stay. After two flight delays and arriving late, we were greeted by being told we had no reservation, despite booking through Hotels.com. We felt ignored until we showed proof on the app. Another staff member was much more polite and helpful.
We requested daily housekeeping instead of every other day and were told that would be fine, but our room was only cleaned once during our four-night stay. We also called for towels, coffee supplies, glasses, and toilet paper, and no one ever came.
Parking was frustrating as self-park is a block away, while valet is $44/day plus tips. The valet staff were one of the few positives. The ice machine on our floor was broken the entire stay, and getting coffee downstairs was impossible both times we tried.
Our “suite” was extremely small with barely any room for suitcases, much smaller than a previous standard room we stayed in here. Also, there is no pool.
For the price we paid, the service and overall experience were very disappointing. We would recommend staying elsewhere, as there are many better options nearby.
