"Visited off season. Clean rooms. Beautiful scenery. Had a massage and body scrub at the spa which were amazing. Staff at the spa were very helpful and the beauticians did a great job. The food at the Spotted Donkey Cantina wasn’t great. Felt like microwave food. The service was good."

"During my stay, I had two separate interactions with a front desk employee that left me feeling overlooked and uncomfortable. On both occasions, I stood in line waiting for assistance while the employee appeared to avoid helping me, despite being available at the desk. Each time, I was ultimately assisted by another staff member who came out to help. What was particularly concerning was that after I had been waiting, the employee immediately assisted other guests who arrived after me. This occurred on two separate occasions and created the impression that I was being treated differently. While I cannot speak to the employee’s intentions, the experience left me feeling undervalued as a guest. I am sharing this feedback because I believe every guest should receive prompt, courteous, and equitable service. I hope management will review these interactions and reinforce the importance of providing consistent customer service to all guests."

"We traveled here for a weekend with our two young kids (10 and 7) and had a great time. The pool area is the perfect size - not overwhelmingly big like a theme park, but it does allow guests, in, it is not exclusively for the resort, that being said, it never seemed too busy. The basic double queen room is huge, with clean and comfortable beds. As others have said, the food is your basic diner food, nothing spectacular but that didn't really matter to us. We would visit again."
