"It is a nice hotel but seemed extremely understaffed. The staff that were there were great but they need more support."

"Don't let the pictures fool you. This hotel isn't that nice. The air in my room didn't work. I called and asked for another or a fan, or anything. I got nothing. It was 80 degrees in my by 6 am. It also cost $23 dollars to park there, which isn't mentioned. The breakfast bar is $22 a person it's not included. They nickel and dime you on everything. The room may look nice in pictures but expect to spend an additional $60 to stay there. List all your fees!"

10/10 Excellent

"The front desk staff was amazing and gave a good recommendation for dinner (thanks, Mirica!). The seafood place next door to the hotel was fantastic! The area has all kinds of stores and other restaurants that are close. The hotel was clean, the pool was clean, breakfast was good - but you need to get there early to get the most options. Food area and lounge area were clean and spacious. There is a guest laundry room, but both machines only take quarters. The room was clean, the beds were super cozy, and the bathroom was very clean."

8/10 Good

"It’s an historic hotel so you take the good with the bad. The room was clean if a little worn. The location is great, and the staff was lovely. One elevator is still out of service. We weren’t affected by it but your mileage may vary on that."
