"Upon checking in late night no one was there i found the person cleaning the lobby and asked him if there is a receptionist. He found the receptionist and not to mention he seemed very strange. We were very tired it was past midnight, and i asked the receptionist if there is water bottles in the room and he said he cant guarantee this and isn't sure. He gave really strange response, and strange looks he was very odd. The man in the morning in the front was pleasant however.night staff Very unprofessional, not to mention hair on the bed like a mans hair randomly. Wouldnt recommend this place. "

"We checked in on Thursday. Friday morning I called the desk and told them that housekeeping does not need to change sheets because we are staying only three nights. This turned out to be a huge mistake, because our room was not made up once during the stay. All I was doing was trying o save time for the staff. When we left on Sunday morning the glasses were still in the sink since Thursday night. We had to call the desk twice to request towels, coffee and coffee cups. We finally called and he bed was made yup, not changed, on Saturday night. The service was so-so. We were in room 305."

"It had a damp smell to the room that stayed even after disinfecting the room!"

"There was a syringe in the wastebasket in the room (they did refund one nights stay because of this). The floors in the room were sticky and dirty. The whole hotel smelled strongly of artificial cleaner scents. The breakfast options were meager and limited. "

"Enjoyed our pet friendly stay and nice amenities like free drinks. Friendly staff and easy check in. It was a very busy time but quiet room."
