"Amazing room, clean, and excellent customer service. "

"Room was clean and ready for early checkin at 1200 for an extra $15 fee. Breakfast had very minimal options, mostly just carbs (muffins/cereal). The biggest issue I had was with how loud the AC unit was - kept me from being able to sleep as it was constantly turning on/off during the night and unable to hold a steady temperature. Not fancy by any means, but doable for a short stay. Conveniently located near major highways. "

"The room we stayed in had mold growing in the bathroom. I will ask to see the room first. Mold can cause problems. The rest of the lobby and walking areas were clean. The smell of sewage was in the air. Not sure where from. Overall I give them a three star."

"Extremely Disappointing Experience I paid for an extra night on Thursday just to guarantee my room would be ready for a Friday morning check-in, yet the service that followed was unacceptable. On Saturday, housekeeping arrived while I was showering. I asked them to return in an hour, but after three hours, they still hadn't appeared. When I left at 3:00 PM, I alerted the front desk that my room was still dirty, the in-room phone was broken, and the showerhead was covered in mold with a foul odor coming from the water. I asked for a manager then and there, but was told none would be available until Monday. Although staff assured me the room would be cleaned while I was out, I returned at 10:00 PM to find nothing had been done. Offering a room change at 11:00 PM. Hours before my checkout, was not a remedy. The manager did call on Monday and promised to follow up after speaking with his regional lead, but I never heard from him again."

"Beautiful property. Was left waiting because staff at check in kept me waiting while others just walked in and were checked in! Found out I was a Bonvoy member and never said sorry. They were more interested in checking in college volleyball team pushing their way up. "

"There is no normal housekeeping, every two weeks for a maid to come in. Ridiculous 😧, for the cost."
