"the rooms were super clean and beautiful, the staff were fantastic. the pool area and the area by the grills and the pools themselves could use a little more attention. vacuuming the pools and maybe some new cushions in the sitting area. they could spray around the pool as there were alot of tiny ants around the pool. Overall a very pleasent visit"

"The ambience was great. The room we were in was on the small side. Room was very clean, Desiree did a great job. Room lacked outlets around the bed had some just not enough to accommodate chargers. Needed an additional small table under the TV to allow for personal items. Soundproofing not good between the rooms however the Hacienda is a lovely historic property. My advice would be study the size/layout of your room before you book."
