"We always enjoy the Windsor Suites. Clean, very friendly staff, no frills but everything is always pleasant. Rooms are getting a little dated but they are clean and comfortable. "

"Due to the fire alarm being triggered. We ( me and all the guest) had ZERO information about what was going on and had us outside in the middle of the night without any communication. We then went inside but wasn't allowed in the rooms - still no communication on why. The guy who works there (unsure of name) but he was not the nicest or accommodating. "

"Everything was great except the communication of the parking garage. It says bring tour ticket for validation, I did at check in. We were charged $38 plus the $50 incidental. When we checked out, I turned in our room keys. Went to leave and was charged another $38. I tried to show we were charged. The attendant said you have to turn your keys in at the garage. Ok fine, but couldn't this just be communicated? Other than that, everything was oerfect."
