"We love Embassy Suites, but this one was our least favorite so far. The bed was painfully hard/low quality, the breakfast food was sub-par, the welcome reception was sloooow (only had one guy making drinks and they ran out of most snacks without refilling), the hot tub was lukewarm, and the pool was dirty (couldn't see the bottom) and filled with waaaaaaay too many kids (which is not in their control, but someone told me it was like that all the time). Not as relaxing as we had hoped."

"If you don't do much at the hotel other than just sleeping at nights, I guess it is fine. But it is not that clean, and no water in lobby. It smells when you turn on heater."

"Excellent secure place. Clean quite rooms, nice breakfast with great staff. Nice walking distance to museums, restaurants and museum campus/11th street station. Highly recommend Eleven City dinner around the corner for lunch or dinner. "

"On this visit things were ok other than, be told after check in there were issues with the hot water. They gave extra blankets. The staff was very nice and understanding my frustration. Maria n Héctor "

"Nice hotel in a very good location but the rooms were hot and the thermostats must have been set and controlled elsewhere because no matter what we set the rooms at, the temperature never got cool. It made for a warm night sleeping. Otherwise it was great. "
