Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. They were very accommodating when we told them that we are coming and we had a bad experience with previous hotel. They provided a fantastic room, we loved it, it was spacious/clean/modern/comfortable/great view on the balcony! "This hotel did not live up to the standards and expectation that were initially set by the hotel. When we first arrived the bathroom smelled like urine. We went to the reception where we asked for a new room to which they replied, that the smell was a problem in every room. However they sent a guy out to fix the problem.
