"Bad experience trying to cancel my las night after 3 nights of staying due to my daughter getting injured skiing, but they didn’t even try to refund at least a part of the last night. I ask them in one night of advance. Had to leave the hotel and get her checked next day in the morning, so I think they are all about the money. "

"Beautiful surroundings, a nice swimming pool and a well equipped kitchenette. The bedroom is meagerly designed as narrow space and is totally uncomfortable if you are a big person. The stuff is not very helpful, the facilities are really basic - no proper bar or lobby - and the hotel regards guests as a cash machine"

Servizio eccellente, tutto il personale a partire dalla Reception gentile e disponibile, ; un ringraziamento particolare a Daniela, veramente carinissima e professionale! "Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas.
