"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

"Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But...

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"

"We had an excellent stay in the 2 bedroom villa. 2 adults 2 kids. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Wonderful with the kids too, nothing is a bother. Cleaning and service was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, bedrooms and bathrooms were huge and luxurious, with all comforts you need for a great holiday. The pool was fantastic and cleaned daily as the beautiful frangapani flowers dropped in occasionally. Close to shops, restaurants and everything you need. Only downside is they are already...

"We bought the honey moon package. We stayed 3 nights in villa 1 The package includes free airport pick up, welcome cake, and candle light dinner by the pool. We love the location of the villa, it is just 3 mins walk to the beach where there are seafood snd others choices of eateries. Villa number one is good size for a couple, we have a private pool which is maintained very well. The decoration is simple but well tasted. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful and always a smile on their face, resturant on site with great brekfast options and the villa and the private pool was the highlight!!!
