"This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again "

"We spent only 7 hours in the room and the majority of that was sleeping so we don’t have a lot of things to point out, but overall it was a good experience.
The AC was controllable with a remote which wasn’t clear, but we found it. No bathtub, just a walk-in shower.The deadbolt lock in the main door was broken and the breakfast cost money (so we didn’t do it, not sure how great it could’ve been. Maybe it could’ve been worth the price idk) but I’m willing to give this hotel 5 stars purely because the checkout time was NOON! That’s awesome and was so needed. What a pleasant surprise.

"The in process was great. Hotels.com had already charged my card. Front desk guy look up my information and i was all set to go. Room was clean and fresh. The view of the mall was great. Valet was great too greeting me by name and got my car right away."
