"Wonderful hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly. They assisted us since before we booked our stay (being from San Marino, we had issues with the Green Pass). The SPA is without a doubt one of the best I have seen. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lift and train station. We will go back as soon as we can."

"Nice hotel, great staff. But our Junior Suite (room 302) was only a normal room with a view of a wooden (privacy) wall that hid all sight of the surrounding mountains. I didn't need to drive that far to see a slab of wood from a dark, dreary room. (Plus some of the lights didn't work.)"

"Molveno is a very special place for us as we met in the resort in 2004 and have been married 20 years this December.
We liked everything about this hotel. The room was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The balcony gave us a lovely view of the lake with the mountains behind.
All of the staff were very attentive and spoke better English than I spoke Italian despite me spending a lengthy spell in the area and having had a thousand lessons since!
We particularly liked the daily dining experience; the food always exceeded expectations and made our stay feel very luxurious and high end.
The hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy time down at the lake or exploring to mountains via the ski lifts. The pretty shops and bars in the centre are just a pretty passeggiata away.
We would love to return and hope it doesn't take another 21 years to do so!

I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes). Unfortunately.
