"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. Good shower pressure. The shower space is Ok for me, and may be confined for some people. I hope it will provide laundry liquid for future guests to use the washing machine. I was on a business trip and needed WiFi - no WiFi access and request for WiFi not responded to … Clean , Large , good location , quiet , no dark curtains on windows , no WiFi … free water and tea … "

"Very smooth process, from checkin to checkout. The property is excellent, very clean, had all amenities, and all the nice touches, from the little soaps to the coffee pods. It has a spacious balcony for the morning coffee. Short walks to everyone, from the train station to the city. Quiet and safe. Very accommodating hosts. "The suite was centrally located, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. It was generally clean, and the air conditioning in both rooms was quite adequate. The suite staff frequently asked if we needed anything and took care of it. I did have some difficulties because I didn't check in online for the check-in, but Sophia was very helpful, and I was very pleased. My husband and I stayed with our son, and the sofa bed was quite adequate for my son. "

"From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say this because we came out of a hotel that only earned one star"
