"ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. "We were 2 adults and a granddaughter and the room was perfect. They had slippers for all 3 of us, and plenty of towels. The room 220 was the last room in the long hallway and was very quiet. The front desk staff spoke English, so there was no language barrier. The breakfast was warm eggs, bacon, and a large variety of cold meat and cheeses. There was yogurt, cereal, toast, croissants and other items so there was something for everyone. The staff was excellent. Polite, friendly and efficient. We had a car and found the hotels proximity to the airport excellent. We highly recommend this hotel."
