"The facility was great, but what was unexpected was the high standard of hospitality. The hospitality standard is more on par with what you would see at a five star hotel in other places in the world. It was truly impressive. The rooms are nice, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, directly across the street from the University of Ghana. If my travels take me to this area again I will definitely be staying here."

"Staff was particularly helpful. I was stuck in traffic and missed the scheduled airport shuttle. The manager immediately and generously sent us on a second shuttle. Breakfast was delicious, varied from day to day."

"Room was okay, staff were courteous and listening. However, management had to do something about smoking policy on the first floor where customers are permitted to open wide their doors and fill the entire floor with smoke. It poses terrible hazard on everyone on the entire building. Also had to be chasing on a single iron which is used by everyone,for this reason I had to wear my clothes without ironing."
