"Couldn’t get a hold of the front desk calling multiple times ahead of my stay. Tried the messaging system — no reply. The mattress was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The water pressure from the shower head in the bathroom wasn’t strong enough to get soap off. Tables in breakfast area not wiped consistently and were sticky or dirty."

"This was an okay stay. We had 3 little kids that used the pool area. The pool area could use some maintenance on their slides and a warmer pool temp, it worked well for our family. Our breakfast consisted of frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches. None of this stuff bad, but certainly expected a bit more for over $200 for a one night stay."

"It was a very nice stay, the pool and hot tub area was nicely laid out and relaxing. Space! there was noise at night from, I believe the HVAC unit which sounded like a jet engine in our room, 311. The bathrooms could use more self space, by the sink. But, the design is too small of the area to allow for that!"
