Hotel was convenient to everything I needed access to. They are remodeling, and you could hear the construction, but since I was gone during the day, it really wasn't an issue.

When I arrived they were very short staffed. Nobody was at the front desk. the front desk girl was trying to do so many things because of staff shortage. The check in system was down. The didn't have enough maids to clean rooms. Rooms were not ready. The staff despite the troubles tried to do their best to help and accommodate guests.

Staff made everything wonderful. Even though construction and upgrading of the rooms was ongoing it was not noisey. Once it is completed, if staff stays the same it will be all fives!!!

Loved the hotel. It is dated in it's decorating, but it is currently waiting for supplies. Only "con" is that only the suites have a microwave and fridge. We booked double bed room and did not have these items. Breakfast was nice; fruit, waffles, scrambled, eggs, bacon/sausage, juice bagels and toast. Would stay there again.

The staff were friendly and accommodating with a room change request. The hotel is going through a renovation and there were some plumbing issues that I think will get solved once that work is done. Breakfast was great!

This used to be a great property. Now, it’s a shadow of itself. No bar, no restaurant. Maid service every 3 days. Every complaint is answered by “it’s part of the Radisson renovation” but that has been several years in the making. I hate to say this, but avoid this property unless you only care about a 5 story Hotel 6.

Ultimate Frisbee tournament stay

The cable was out, so we couldn't watch any tv. The hot tub was super small. The breakfast was pretty good. It was convenient to tuma sports complex.
