"Property is appealing, welcoming lobby with games, billiards, comfy seating. The television in one of our rooms would not connect to internet for streaming and even live television wasn't available. When the front desk was notified, they said they couldn't help and brushed me away. My mother was in the same room and approached the desk after me and was told the same, asked for management and eventually a front desk staff came to the room with the maintenance person on the phone and tried several times to connect. They did get live tv to work but internet streaming never was available. It worked fine in our 2nd room across the hall. Breakfast options were very limited and extremely crowded."

I called the front desk at the property and told they could not help with the difference or give me a number to call for more info. I will be complaining online about the problem.This is not the first time Hotels .com has guaranteed a price that was less than I paid."
