"I have stayed at Parklane many times since 2007. The duration of my stays have been from 2 weeks to one month. The last two times, last year and this year, were a month each time. The staff here are always welcoming and gracious. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and they have an attentive housekeeping staff. I am a light sleeper so I don’t usually like the A/C to be on while I sleep because it is too noisy or it being too cold. The A/C here are great, The noise is low enough where I can sleep without waking and I can set the temperature to my liking. The key to making it work for you is to learn how to operate the features of the remote control for the A/C. Once you do, it’s great. The rooms are generally quiet except when hotel guests are talking in the hallway. The sound travels through the doors. That’s really my only complaint. There is a room safe to keep your valuables secured and a small refrigerator to keep things cold. Ayala Center, with many shops and an abundance of restaurants, is a short 5 minute walk away. It is in the business park area iwhich is very safe as I never encountered any issues with crime here. This is my favorite hotel and I highly recommend it."
